Florian Fried is part of the User Experience Unit at eye square.

In his Master of Arts in Sociology at the University of Potsdam, he focused on qualitative methods in the field of digitalization (Digital styles – how people deal with personal data online – qualitative interviews).

Previous work experience as a student:

• DESI – Institut Berllin (a qualitative study with kids from German primary schools about their perspective on a good whole day school)
• LOVOO (working in Team “Customer Insights” as a UX researcher generating insights about online – daters needs and pain points & evaluating features e.g. with UX tests)
