He successfully completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on market research and consumer psychology.
Dominik is responsible for national and international user experience studies for clients in eCommerce, online services, automotive, and healthcare industries. His main focus is to support clients with his extensive experience in qualitative interviewing and quantitative research methods from the first click dummy to the market launch of the respective product.
He is also the expert for conducting our UX Online Benchmarking studies.
Through his scientific background in the field of market research, Dominik enriches the team with his expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods.
