With years of experience in POS research, using both implicit and behavioral tools alongside traditional market research, he helps companies enhance their digital offerings and boost conversion rates in eCommerce.

His enthusiasm lies in crafting experimental study designs, leveraging technology, and unpacking human behavior and decision-making. Felix frequently shares his insights on research trends and methods at conferences and training sessions, and he thrives in collaborative, interdisciplinary environments. He’s got a solid background in applying innovative tech and creative research techniques, having worked with diverse teams and advised clients across the FMCG, automotive, and consumer electronics sectors for many years.

Amara Waqar

Amara Waqar is an experienced professional in digital commerce and has held several key positions within Mars, including Digital Commerce Channel Innovation Manager and Digital Commerce Grocery Senior Account Manager, where responsibilities included strategizing long-term growth and leading digital initiatives.

With a foundational career beginning at The Wrigley Company, Amara has developed expertise across various sales and marketing roles, and has also gained valuable experience through internships at Kellogg Company, Tutu Urban Boutique, and ECOTIMES.TV. Amara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham, complemented by a strong commitment to accelerating digital transformation in the retail sector.
