Diana Jakobitz, Senior Research Consultant, is part of the User Experience Team at eye square.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Factors with a focus on Human-Machine Interaction.
Diana is responsible for the pharmaceutical and healthcare research of the User Experience team. She also advises and supports long-time clients from the e-commerce and public sectors.
She has experience in conducting qualitative interviews and with special target groups such as doctors or HCP. In addition to qualitative studies, she manages online surveys and clicktracking studies for clients in Germany and abroad.
