Chrissy Love oversees the company’s consumer research section, focused on establishing insights-led, data-driven. Chrissy holds a degree in Psychology and Chemistry from Western Kentucky University and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University.
She joins the team with an impressive track record in the industry, having held top positions at global consumer goods companies. In her previous work Chrissy Love led the development and implementation of shopper strategies across different retail channels and built customized best-in-class merchandising guidebooks. She led shopper research and category management for pet care brands, designing research that produced incremental category and brand sales and developing secondary display playbooks.
Meg McNamara | Insights Manager Mars Petcare
Meg McNamara oversees eCommerce consumer research at Mars Petcare, collaborating with shopper insights and retail partners to place pet parents at the heart of every online decision. As a skilled researcher, she excels in uncovering actionable insights through diverse and agile research methodologies, advocating for strategies that both prioritize shoppers and drive business growth.
Before joining Mars Petcare, she worked in digital innovation consumer research at Wendy’s. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Research from Michigan State University.
