Anne Seemann, Senior Research Consultant at eye square, is a qualified psychologist with a focus on organisational and work psychology. Before joining eye square Anne analysed the career paths of scientists in comprehensive long term studies.
Anne is an expert in using qualitative research methods to gain deep insights into consumer behavior. She is particularly interested in cultural differences with a special interest in understanding consumer-brand relationships. To investigate these topics Anne conducts large scale global user experience studies.
As Anne is an early adopter of new technology, she is interested in observing how our digital lifestyles change. This involves identifying which role technologies, such as voice assistants, play in shaping our everyday communication with machines.
In addition, Anne is an expert in customer portals being used in the energy and insurance sectors. She conducts both B2C and B2B research projects. She regularly visits events such as the digital marketing days and the world usability days.
