Amanda Zwicker conducts research in the area of consumer touchpoints, where customers and brands meet. She is an expert in qualitative research methods and, in addition to user experience projects, regularly conducts focus groups with a focus on marketing optimization.
In 2022, Amanda Zwicker was in charge of the award-winning study “From Reach to Reach – An Attention Score for Moving Image Formats” for OMD Germany and Ad Alliance, in which attention data from over 2000 consumers was analyzed.
