About Stefan Schönherr

Stefan Schönherr has been working as a specialist for brands and media in the Brand & Media Experience unit at eye square since 2007, where he has been head since 2013 and a partner since 2018. He has a degree in psychology with a focus on media consulting, advertising impact and media reception.

In his role, he supports advertisers and marketers through studies that promote the understanding of media genres, advertising formats and creative performance. Stefan has a particular focus on moving image advertising and is considered one of the leading experts on the processing and impact of digital creative and social media advertising.

In 2021, he conducted the largest media ethnography in the German-speaking world, “Track the Success”, for Screenforce. He also leads internationally award-winning studies such as “Power of Creation” (IAB Research Award, 2016) and “Display wirkt implizit” (nominated for the BVM Innovation Award, 2011).

Stefan Schönherr moderates workshops on digital creation and is a regular speaker at conferences.
