The e2 ProductREACT

The e2 ProductREACT is an implicit, reaction-time based tool. It captures the “gut feeling,” the intuitive feeling: i.e., ‘ How appealing, inspiring and safe is perceived the page or app? ‘ of your users. In the evaluation, the reaction time is taken into account as well.

The eCommerce results show that Home24 in particular scores highly in terms of inspiration and attractiveness.

Booking.com is in the consumers ‘ favor: whether efficiency, usefulness or trust – booking.com receives the best ratings in comparison. The graphic shows that Expedia is clearly below the benchmark.

The willingness to recommend a provider is, unsurprisingly, highest at booking.com. Urlaubsguru also performs fairly well, in contrast.
